Okay Maybe That Is Something Too!!

I blog almost every day.  I guess that is something too.  Weird huh??  I take it for granted.  It is easy for me.  Many days I have no idea what the heck I am going to write. I sit down, and unload.  I have absolutely no idea what I am writing about today, so we will start somewhere.

I have been bad at logging my workouts on a timely basis.  I only log runs too, nothing else.  Isn't it freaking weird I always say my pace???  Why???  No Idea.  I have absolutely no idea.  Last night was a 6 miler @ about 8:40 is my guess.  We have speed work tonight.  That should be fun, although it is getting colder out.  I will have to layer up.

Do you know what our layers are made up of??  Lifetime events.  These are things from our childhood, and lives, and day to day stuff that helped shape us.  They are our insecurities, our strengths, weaknesses, they are everything.  You know who has access to it on our own??  No one.  So it is a gift.  It is the mirror.  You are being shown your life.  I remember writing before that nostalgia is always filled with a bit of sadness.  So our journey will have some sad days, nothing no one cannot overcome.  Sad days help bring healing, and after these days the morning will show up.  It will do it's thing, and you will do yours.  Life goes on, but this step...for some reason is an important one.  As we open up, and show the real us, people will marvel.  Whoever heard or watched brave people showing their weak, and soft, and not so strong side.  I have guy friends who are very closed up.  Tried their damndest to do everything right, and realized shit, my best days were in College when I did everything wrong whenever I could.  :)  Fuck that!!!   Our best days are ahead.  Like I said faith is time related.  This will come about slowly.  You will get little views here and there of who you are, and boom, it will just show up on your blog.  This shit is going to be fascinating.  We are all going to see how different your DNA is so to speak.  :)

Well Well Well, I guess that is it for today!!!   :)

Thanks for Reading!!!   :)

Hope Everyone has a Great and Awesome Day!!!  :)

p.s. I want to send a congratulations to Doug, a.k.a (Rob Roy), and his wife Renee, who had a baby girl.  He is a Sox fan too!!!   Wooooooooooo!!!  I tell you about these people.  I don't know if they read me.  They should, because I am freaking fascinating, but ya never know.  :)  Why do I put names on this thing??  I have my reasons, we will leave it at that.  :)

Love You All xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo

Nice blog, Steve. Makes ya wonder why people hide the truth about themselves for so long. Eventually, they see it. All it takes is time, patience and the ability to let go. It is just sad that they avoid some of the great things life has to offer in order to be considered "perfect".
