So Lisa and I went out to dinner last night. We wanted Chinese, but there was a long line at the Japanese steakhouse we wanted to go to :) and NO BAR!! So we went to a different place... WITH BAR. I don't care how long I wait if I can have a beer or two. :) Holy crap they had CNN on, and I see the world is going crazy. I guess we could have predicted it after Egypt. When everyone sees a revolution everyone gets the bug. It is a virus, and everyone gets the fever. sweet!!! I got really pissed when I see we still have unlimited funds for war, and no funding for planned parenthood. America you don't disappoint. I should have looked away. :) I am still in a bad mood. :)
I would imagine anyone who watches Cable news is pissed. Whichever side your on. SHEESH!! That Mideast thing is not good.
In more important news today is long run Saturday. YIPPPPEEEEEEEE!!!! I can run to where we meet, because we are coming to my neck of the woods. I don't know how long I'll go, I'll let you know. Boston people are 16 miles or so, I assume I'd be close to that. Yesterday I got a swim in. I used the pull buoy, and I made what I think is a very important change to my stroke. It should leave me injury free, and improve the swimming. I did 2- 450s a 300 (form got messy) then I did a 50 without buoy, got a cramp, and that was that. Just building slowly. No strength, I didn't want sore arms for today's run.
Just a boring ole Saturday update. :)

Hi Steve! I hope you have a great run today.
I dont watch the news because it just annoys me. I will stick to my online news reading because then I can pick and choose what I see. Plus, I really don't think knowing what the Kardashians are doing at every moment is news!
Oh yea! Waiting for a table at a restaurant is more fun when a couple of beers are involved.
