lololololol. Wanna know why I put I love Doreen as my title yesterday??? She let me know that she appreciated me putting her name on this thing. Sometimes when I did that before I wondered. You'd tell a little story about someone, and they would disappear. So I thought maybe people don't want their name on here, but I think they don't mind seeing it. I want to tell about the great things people do. Whether it is a blogger like Maija, or Jen Parker Harrison. (I am using them, because they haven't been on my blog in a while, but obviously I think they are great) All bloggers I read I think are great btw. Whether it is friends from H.S., friends from work, or friends I run with, I want to let people know what I think of them. I know that is a bit different from most blogs probably, but it is what I do. I want to tell people how great you all are. :) So there!!! :)
Speaking of High School friends one of the bloggers I read is friends with Leigh Kaufman Kminek. The blog is Sugarleg. She requested more people to read her. So if you went to Fremd, and you read this thing. Check her out. If for no other reason than Tia reads her. Now everyone loves Tia, and respects her judgment, so check her out. Sugarleg likes comments too, so comment away. :) I think she is funny too, and a great writer, so definitely worth it in my opinion. :)
So yesterday, I did get a bit of a run in like I wanted. I ran my 4.25 mile loop. It was pretty slow going, because for a good mile or so I ran on the sidewalks, which were covered with snow. That made my first 1.9 miles around a 10:00 pace. I haven't logged the run yet, but I bet I ended at 9:50 or something. It was a great run though. The legs felt great, and I really enjoyed it. You know how you just have one of those runs where you feel awesome??? Yep that was my run yesterday. I also did my pull ups, and push ups. 4 of 6, and 5 of 20. I have been slacking, but haven't lost much. Not sore today either, so all is still good.
In other news, I am thinking of planning my weekly workout routine. People always have some idea of what they are going to do. I kinda just wing it besides my Wednesday and Saturday. I think I want to run more frequently. Do less of the 6-8 milers and more of the 3-4 milers. Just trying something new. 3-4 is an energizer, and 6-8 can actually tire you out. Let's face it anyway, Wednesday is 9-10, and Saturday is over 12, so I think that will be a good idea. I think I might start swimming this week too. #YAYYYYYYYY!!! :)
Today I plan on running 1/2 of the Marathon. We have 4 people in our group, and I think we all need a long run, so ima gonna do half. :)
