Dja See??? Dja See???

I was going to use the title I love Doreen again, but decided against it.  Didja see how this works though??  When someone opens up, and they are down, and out, and sad, and a bit defeated etc...  You don't pretend you don't see, you step in.  Do you see how strong Doreen is??  Of all the people in the world she is the one who consistently comes to my rescue.  I mean I know I will survive, and I will get better, but little shit like what Doreen did helps.

What does Doreen get in return for her bravery, and willingness to step in??  Muchos Respectos.  Even Jules who I don't really know from Adam stepped in too.  I never met Jules, and we became friends through Doreen, and Doreen, and I may have never known each other at all if it wasn't for Steve Rose.  How's about that??  Look at how random all this shit is??

I don't really have much else today.  I was a lazy slobby bum yesterday, but I get to go back to work today, and that will get me going.  A little work.  I should cut the grass, and I have some other bullshit to do too.

Tell You Some Truth About Me!!

Why not??  I was thinking of what to write about, and I guess I will give you some true thoughts, and feelings I have.  I will do it in list form, because let's face it.  My lists are always way better than yours.  :)

• I trust the bloggers I read
• If I comment on a blog, and the comment doesn't go through, I don't care, but I'd like to know the reason why I cannot comment on a blog.
• That is it. Nancy O Toole I know why, cause her mom thinks I am a creep.  :)
• She might too.  :)  Olga trusts me though, and I appreciate that.  :)
• I have to trust the bloggers I read.
• I sometimes like to hear how unperfect you are, not always how tough.  
• Wanna know why it is hard for me to train as good as I used to???
• This is more important than my training.  This silly blog.
• If people were more actively involved in things it would help.
• I like to keep a lot of the heavy stuff to myself.  If possible
• Yesterday's post was a pile of horseshit, albeit true.  Doesn't need to be that way though.

p.s. all you really hard workers like Charisa and Beth Shutt, and all the others are really pretty remarkable.  Just so ya know.  I cannot be as good as you though.  :)  Just cuz I have to deal with other bullshit, but you still impressive.  :)  Oh, and I still have another blogger I added.  She is new, and I never read her before, but she hasn't blogged in a while.  I have no idea where the heck I even heard of her??  I mean I know it must have been a comment somewhere.  She mentioned on one of her last posts how she lacked confidence.  I love that shit.  She is superbly smart, and talented, and still lacks confidence.  We all really aren't that tough to always be so confident are we??  That is truth for sure.  You know Nancy O Toole said she didn't always feel confident in her last post??  I was kinda surprised, as much as she busted my balls I thought she was just brimming with confidence.  We all have that weak side really though huh??

The End Of The Rainbow

Yep, I have hit the end of the rainbow.  I can go in any direction with this blog entry, and I think it is going to be a doozy.  This is going to be one crazy motha I think.  I don't know how to keep the real heavy stuff out, and when you sit at the end of the rainbow with your pot of gold there seems there is nothing I can do wrong. 

I have asked before, and I told you before some things.  I have not read the Bible since late 80's.  It is a SWORD, and it TEARS me up.  I don't do it.  Wanna know the greatest thing Satan did??  Told you salvation was here....  (ANY ORGANIZED RELIGION)  when it is here.  You are closer to finding your answers doing Yoga than going to church. 

Doing the stupid married church thing to get married was an awful day.  Having a stupid religious service at my brother's funeral was awful.  I don't do it.  That my brother John posted a note that had the religious musings of a fool and put my name on it was FOOLISH!!  Cut that shit out, you have no idea what the hell you are doing.  You should think about the time you were called and didn't believe.  Jacob I loved and Esau I hated.  God's words.  Who are you??  I have no idea. 

It is an exclusive club folks, as the lessons I have teached.  Very few ever believed any of the prophets, and the best of the best was killed by his own people.  On that day there was a thief on the cross next to him who knew where he stood, and all you stand in the same spot.  You will have the ability to process your life, which will be somewhat painful.  This will soften your hard hearts, so you can do what you must do.  The thief, and Steve Rose, and Jim Pejchl had an easier route, cause they are done.  We may have to do more.  We will be in the field working a bit longer so to speak.  It is with great difficulty the righteous are saved, how much more the sinner?  Who are the righteous??  The ones who have faith, the ones who believe when they are spoken to.

Now We Are Getting Somewhere!!!

I really don't have anything today I don't think.  I think I used all my good stuff on blog comments, and other social networking things.  Perhaps it was you guys have all the good stuff.  Perhaps your vision is becoming good.  A lot of really reflective thoughts out there. 

Geeeeeeeeshhhhhh  I really don't have much.  You know I think some of you probably know so very much about my life.  What is there not to know??  I have a lot of hidden stuff I keep to myself, that is more spiritual in nature than "real life" stuff.  I almost wanted to tell you of my bad 6 days of suffering I did before the hospital.  I am not afraid to tell it, but I think some stuff I have been through is scary.  Pandora box scary, and I guess that would be interesting, but would it serve a purpose?? 

Memory is pretty vivid of that.  I wonder what purpose that served for me.  Why is life like it is??  Why did Jeff Healey have an eye cancer of some sort, and yet become a great artist?  Oh how Anne Frank broke my heart.  How much stuff was Joseph Heller dealing with as he wrote Catch-22.  I guess winning is that.  Looking at all our stuff, and making the most of what limits us. 

I think belief is a wave.  It has its ups and downs, but on the right vessel you will reach the shore.  Noah's ark eventually reached a shore, and there were only a handful of crazy people who believed that nut.  :)

The Rain Smiled For Me!!

I don't always know what is best for me that is for sure.  So maybe I was a bit ambitious in wanting to run to work yesterday.  It was pouring before work, so I drove, with the assumption maybe I'll just run home.  We have 3 people who work there now, and 2 cars.  One person doesn't have a license, but still drives home after her 4 hour shift.  Not going to name names.  Hope the police don't read this blog.  :)  LOL.

I am the only bad ass that would rather just get to work, and home via some type of exercise.  Bike, swim, or run.  Haven't tried the swim yet, but maybe I could have yesterday.  hmmmm.   :)  j/k.

Here is what I wanted to say though, and baby this is my world, and I know this to be true.  Now you know I have been dealing with injuries.  If it was serious I accepted, and braced for worst case scenario.  I recovered though, and went out too hard.  Re-injured myself.  If you want to know the truth though, I was sore yesterday.  Sore from the push ups my legs were fatigued.  Not that I have been putting in a ton of miles, but I think I was like 22 miles last week, and that is a lot compared to where I have been.  I needed a rest day yesterday, but really wasn't willing to do it.  As it turns out the rain smiled for me in a manner of speaking to help me rest up a bit.  Now today I want to tackle my 6 mile route.  So I think that is a positive.

As to my future, I am pretty certain I will give the old 26.2 another try.  Running group starts up again in mid June, and I like training for the 26.2.  It gets me in shape, and helps me get in p.r. shape for 5K, and 13.1 p.r's.  Those will be the three I go after... for now.

Now as I say that, I feel bad for Olga.  Her year has been a lot like mine.  A lot of injuries.  She was going to get out this weekend, and try her hand at a 5K.  To date I think all she has done is two marathons.  It would have been so great to see what her 5K time would have been.  Really if you want a gauge for people's speed the 26.2 is not the race for it.  The shorter ones are, or even track workouts.  I would love to know.  She has a respiratory infection though, so that 5K  or shorter than a marathon race is still on hold.  Poor girl.  I'd so love to see what her times would be.

Yep you guessed it.  I don't really have too much today, but sometimes that ain't a bad thing.  You don't even know what I thought the last couple mornings of writing.  Not mean stuff, true stuff, but some things I'd just assume keep to myself.  There is one who knows all about me, and I am cool with all he sees.  I don't know if it will eventually make it's way out or not.  If it is meant to it is meant to I guess.  We shall see.

Sometimes It Is The Little Things...

Well this was going to be another day and another non-post.  I started one, and realized it was just a shitty mooded outburst not directed toward anyone in general, yet everyone too.  :)  Yeah one of those kind of moods. 

Sometimes little shit does help.  A little post from H.S. friend Faith to H.S. friend Lois.  Lois was gone for a bit, and now she is back... on FB.  So that is good news.  I saw Lois at Steve R's thing, and she looked fabulous,  as did most of the girls.  Lois does a lot of Yoga, and hiking, and skiing, etc... out in Colorado.  She has a special needs kid too I think, so her hands are full, but she does a great job.  Did you guys know Jerry has a special needs kid too?  So the special needs kids will keep ya busy I tell you, from what I can tell. 

What a gathering at Steve R's thing huh??  Lois, Gina, Faith, Jen Gray, John Miller, Beth Rose Mickel, Russ Beaupre, Joe Stacey, Tammy Sopper, just to name a few.  Plus you know Kim Sheridan, and Doreen were there in spirit too.  (adding Doreen to Steve R's thing--Jules goes with Doreen)  Ya feel like you must know these people huh??  BTW all who were at Steve R's thing btw get named.  Whether I am FB friends or not, and the special mentions. 

Does that shit seem crazy to you??  I like to do it anyway, so there.  :)

Yesterday I ran home from work, (against the wind).  It was around the same pace... like 9:07 or so.  I did a little yard work, and Lisa did a lot.  :)  I had a couple beers, and then made shish-kabobs.  I was craving that for some reason.  What is better than big pieces of meat, and veggies on a stick??  Right, that is what I am thinking.  I am going to do that more often.  That shit is goooooooooooooooooooDDDD!!!
